Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is an operational role within the sales team, supporting contract administration, order processing, and customer data management. This position ensures smooth execution of sales transactions and maintains accurate records to enable strategic decision-making and customer satisfaction.  Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review & Administration 
  • Assist in reviewing customer contracts for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. 
  • Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure timely contract execution. 
  • Order Processing 
  • Enter and manage customer orders in the system with precision and timeliness. 
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays. 
  • Customer Data Management 
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems. 
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms to support reporting and analytics. 
  • Sales Support 
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation as needed. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination 
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. 
  • Support onboarding of new customers and internal process improvements. 
  • Reporting & Documentation 
  • Generate regular reports on order status, contract metrics, and customer data quality. 
  • Document standard operating procedures and contribute to process optimization. 
  • Other related duties and/or projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales operations, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, operations, or coordinator role. 
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). 
  • Experience with Automotive Tier’s or OEM’s 
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools.

Physical Demands
  • Frequent sitting, walking, standing.
  • Use of computer with repetitive mouse use, keyboarding and visual demands.
  • Must be able to work in the office for collaborative purposes. 
  • Up to 10% local travel (limited but potential), domestic travel to plants annually.
