- Contract Review & Administration
- Assist in reviewing customer contracts for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure timely contract execution.
- Order Processing
- Enter and manage customer orders in the system with precision and timeliness.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms to support reporting and analytics.
- Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Support onboarding of new customers and internal process improvements.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate regular reports on order status, contract metrics, and customer data quality.
- Document standard operating procedures and contribute to process optimization.
- Other related duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, operations, or coordinator role.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Experience with Automotive Tier’s or OEM’s
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
