Reponrting line: Business development manager Energies EMEA / ARaymond Tecniacero MD

역할 및 책임

Business development (external actions):
• Identify new customers opportunities and insure awareness of market developments and industry evolutions from a technical and customers’ viewpoint.

• Ensure business growth by developing customer awareness of the business solar products and services through promotion, explanation & technical support and identifying new business partners and customers.

• Networking: coordinate relationship with key potential Solar players in its territory: Solar EPC, Solar Developer, Industrial companies, institutions, nongovernmental organizations, R&D community, certification agencies, media, local governments, etc….

• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities according to the company.

• Manage the new projects of Business development, from coordination of requirements and contract with the Energy team until finalization of the project and after sales.

• Actively propose new value proposition to extend and upscale the offering. Work closely with AR Solar community Product Management and Marketing teams to establish the best service and product Mix.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customerservice.

• Contribute to the global Energy community with pro active sharing, proposing and support of international opportunities for other AR companies with decision making in the territory.

• Ensure public representation: represent the company alone or accompanied by other employees of the company to industry tradeshows, conferences, solar organizations and meetings with potential customers or financial partners.

Internal actions:

• Assist the Business Development Manager and solar teams to prepare and compile budgets, facilitate operational requests for financial contributions, contribute to company strategy up date.

• Collect strategic information: Identify project opportunities and activities. Share these inputs with the team and other ARaymond stakeholders.

학력 및 경력

• Engineer degree or equivalent.

• 5 years of commercial experience in technical environment and 3 year s of experience in renewable energies: prescription experience in complex value chain environment would be a plus.

• Former experience in a new business start up preferable.

• Used to work in an autonomous way.Engineer degree or equivalent.

Languages:

• Fluent Spanish English
• Italian and Portuguese is a plus

Skills

Business development of the energy market in Spain & Portugal (could be later extended to other countries).
• Search and select new target customers and develop/manage existing customers.
• Actively contribute to the extension of the value proposition through customer intimacy, general curiosity, and collaboration/coordination with local, central Energies team and/or Energy community as well as external partners.
• Support and contribute to the AR Energies community for international projects of local customers.
• Develop the different go-to-markets for the territory for each segment.
• Develop and deploy the marketing for the territory in close collaboration with the central Energy team.

혜택

• Travel up to 50%, mainly within the territory and to the central Energy team in France, but also beyond for specific projects and/or AR Energies community collaboration.
