1. Responsible for designated Customers orders, scheduling and fulfilment.
2. Order Confirmation within 2 working days.
3. Inward and Out-ward monitoring & cost control by avoiding premium freight.
4. Customer query handling (Coordinating internally for customer queries related to logistics, quality, materials planning, accounting etc.) and taking care of customer urgencies.
5. Inventory control/monitor.
6. Customer relationship management.
7. Daily/Weekly review of critical parts with EXIM & PPC.
8. Monitoring regular inwarding of materials at customer end.
9. Coordinating with BD for purchase orders and price revisions.
10. Booking, controlling and execution of sales orders on monthly basis.
11. To prepare MIS reports for execution of daily routine activities.
12. Getting trained on various customer SRM portals and ensure dispatches with ASN.
13. Manage inter-company transfer from Pune - Chennai through STO's.
14. Ensure recovery of premium freight amount from agreed customer.
15. Sensitize customers on RRS process.
16. Onboarding of customers on ARaymond customer portal /EDI.
17. Need to meet & Review KPI, Initiative assigned for the year.
18. Liquidation of EOP (End of Program) parts with smooth functional.
