Rolle und Aufgabenbereich
Sales & Marketing
• Execution of the business development plan for the West Clips region set by HOD
• Responsible for sales forecasting on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis & Yearly budgeting
• Responsible for achievement of sales target for the year.
• Responsible for new market/customer development for Clips North Region.
• Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
• Responsible for customer query handling
• Regular visit to customer & maintain customer/business database.
P & L Management
• Responsible for new projects
• Responsible for increase in value per car
• Responsible for handling product quotations
• Responsible for maintain customer payment overdue within prescribe limit
Customer Relations
• Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
• Responsible for maintaining healthy business relation with clips customer.
Business Intelligence
• Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
• Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
• Responsible for lost RFQs analysis
• Responsible for new product idea generation
• Responsible for product benchmarking
Self & Team Management
• Attend training programs (behavioural/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by company
• Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
ISO 27K-
• Maintaining awareness and adherence about applicable information security policies and procedures
• Maintaining compliance with contractual requirements
• Ensuring information they use or information under their custody is adequately protected as per ARaymond information security expectations
• Reporting any noted suspicious behaviour, vulnerability and incidents to authority
• To ensure information security policies and procedures are implemented in their department
• To promote adherence and awareness about information security within department
• Participation in information security management deployment
• Support in establishing information security conscious culture
Ausbildung und Erfahrung
B.E. / B.Tech with 12 to 15 Years of Experience.
