Função e Responsabilidades
- Sales & Marketing:
- Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
- Responsible for achievement of Individual sales target for the year
- Responsible for handling Techno commercials enquires from customer
- Responsible for generating new business for the assigned customers
- Responsible for CRM/SAP tasks management
- Responsible for Inter-company Business, (New Bussiness Development, Yearly Sales Budgeting)
- Responsible for Product Localization Activities (Shortlisting of Parts, working on make or buy decision, tracking of projects & successful implementation)
- Knowledge on SAP/CRM/ Sales Force/A2Mac1
- Responsible for Maintaining database/Bill of Material for parts supplied to assigned customers
- P & L Management:
- Responsible for timely price amendments for assigned customers
- Responsible for promoting locally design/produced parts for new projects
- Responsible for localizing the parts to improve margins
- Customer Relations:
- Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
- Responsible for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and working upon the areas identified post survey analysis
- Business Intelligence
- Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
- Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
- Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
- Responsible for Business loss analysis
- Responsible for new product idea generation
- Responsible for product benchmarking/tear down/A2Mac1 studies
- Self-development
- Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by company
- Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
- Enhance vehicle application data for fuel, cooling, urea, and other tubular components
Educação e experiência
- BE/B.TECH – Mechanical / Production with 4 to 6 Years’ Experience
