A member of the Executive Committee (Comex) and of the Supply Chain Network community, you will act as an ARaymond ambassador, promoting our values within the company and among suppliers. Key Challenges • Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining cost and inventory control. • Ensuring the robustness of existing processes and compliance with said processes. • Contributing to the alignment of workload/capacity with production and logistics resources. • Defining and optimizing logistics flows. • Coordinating customers, suppliers, and production needs. • Ensuring the availability of logistics resources and oversee related projects. • Contributing to the company's agility and resilience.

Rôle et responsabilités

Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Leading your team efficiently to achieve defined objectives

  • Ensuring the health and safety of team members in the workplace.
  • Organising the team's activities (sharing objectives, planning tasks, distributing workload, allocating resources where needed, arbitrating when required etc.) and providing support if necessary.
  • Managing the team competencies and supporting each employee in their professional growth and development.

    2. Contributing to the development and execution of ARaymond France strategy

  • Contributing to the definition of company vision and strategy together with the other Comex members.
  • Overseeing ARaymond France performance within your area of responsibility through KPI monitoring and budget management.
  • Ensuring timely decision-making to manage irregularities and discrepancies and proactively anticipating risks.
  • Ensuring the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Managing and arbitrating divergences.

    3. Defining and implementing the logistics strategy in alignment with the company overall strategy

  • Defining and implementing internal and external flow policies, including transportation and warehouses storage plans.
  • Defining and implementing the inventory management processes.
  • Overseeing the S&OP process.
  • Aligning company resources (human, financial, etc.) with sales forecasts.

    4. Optimising the Supply Chain organisation and performance

  • Developing and monitoring KPIs, as well as following up on associated action plans.
  • Implementing the continuous improvement policy and leading related action plans.

Formation et expérience

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with significant relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position.

Skills

  • French and English to business level (C1 minimum)
  • Strong proficiency in information systems such as EDI, SAP, and DYNASIS.
  • Transportation and procurement expertise.
  • Strong team management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present arguments effectively and influence stakeholders. 
  • Servant leadership mindset, with the ability to unite teams and gain commitment. 
  • Strong business acumen. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
