Au sein d’un environnement de production propre, écologique et de haute technologie, vous élaborerez des systèmes de fixation et d’assemblage de pointe pour les innovations sur lesquelles nous comptons au quotidien.
We are looking for a Production Manager to manage operations at our production site in Gebze (Kocaeli). Reporting directly to the General Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the efficiency of the production processes, and will lead the production, maintenance and tooling team.
Rôle et responsabilités
- Restructures and manages the team to achieve the objectives of efficient production in line with ISO, VDA and IATF expectations.
- Ensures the execution of industrialization and manufacturing programmes at section level in line with Quality, Cost, Delivery and (QCD) objectives.
- Ensures that the organization and operation of its department are optimized in line with the company's strategic plan (maintainability and future investments).
- Ensures the reporting of its activity in accordance with its sectoral roadmap.
- Defines the productivity plan to improve performance.
- Ensures that production programmes are carried out in compliance with Quality, Deadlines and Costs (QCD) and environmental requirements.
- Manages subcontractors in accordance with company rules and legislation.
- Ensures the continuous improvement of the department's organization, internal processes and QMS.
- Participates in the development of its flow by joining the industrialization project teams.
- With his/her teams, guarantees the manufacture and maintenance of tooling in compliance with quality requirements and deadlines, in line with projects and improvements.
Formation et expérience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
- At least 10 years' experience in production, manufacturing or operations management, preferably in the automotive and/or injection moulding. Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; French is an asset.
- Knowledge of change control and management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing (black belt preferred) and maintenance. Problem management using QRQC, 5S, 8D tools, etc.
