Role and responsibilities
P & L Management
• Responsible for new projects
• Responsible for increase in value per car
• Responsible for handling product quotations
• Responsible for payment collection within the credit period given and C form collection
• Responsible to clear any GRN, short payments for assigned customers
Sales & Marketing
• Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
• Responsible for achievement of Individual sales target for the each year
• Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
• Responsible for customer query handling. On time response to customer
• Responsible for CRM tasks management
• Responsible for offering right product as per application specified
Customer Relations
• Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
• Responsible for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and working upon the areas identified post survey analysis
Business Intelligence
• Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
• Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
• Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
• Responsible for lost RFQs analysis
• Responsible for new product idea generation
• Responsible for product benchmarking
Self-development
• Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by company
• Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
• Enhance vehicle application data for fuel, cooling, urea, and other tubular components
Education and experience
B.E. /B.Tech with 2 to 6 Years
