About the job : 

The ARaymond University is seeking a passionate Digital Learning Expert to join our engaged and collaborative Team and help transform the learning experience for ARaymond people. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and experts to capitalize on their specific know-how and support our business transformation. The ideal candidate will be People Development oriented, with a passion for leveraging impactful digital learning solutions to enhance employee’s growth.

You will contribute to the development of our University’s strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning in a stimulating and collaborative work environnement where your ideas and contributions are valued.

Roles and responsibilities : 

Through diverse and enriching projects:

  • Collaborate with AR Network business leaders and matter experts to conduct in-depth analyses of business activities and processes. Identify key skills required, assess skills gaps and create captivating learning solutions.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital learning solutions into the business transformation process.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning programs, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in using various digital learning tools and platforms.

Skills

  • Excellent project management skills in an Agile mode, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovation. Ability to think outside the box and develop unique learning solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging digital learning trends and technologies.
  • Fluent in English and French.
