In Carisio (VC) we design and produce plastic and metal fastening solutions.

We were born in 1980, with our 150 employees, we are focused mainly the automotive market and also in the Industrial market.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Is member of the project team since the beginning.
  • Is involved in the product design to ensure its feasibility (DFMEA, drawing review…)
  • Is responsible for the industrialization timing plan, for the allocated budget and for the consistency of the process design with the specifications, in relation with the project manager and the Industrialization Expert
  • Leads the tasks planned in the project timing plan and is responsible for the realization of: process flow, process FMEA, control plans, specifications, production files, processus qualification
  • Participates in the technical meetings and in the project reviews.
  • May be involved in means FMEA.
  • In charge of process training for industrial teams and production staff as part of his project
  • Leads the action plan for product/process fine tuning and validates the technical choices.
  • Is responsible for the technical data of the process.
  • Participates in the choice of the suppliers of the equipments, in the progress of their realization and validates their acceptance.
  • May lead the improvements or the modifications of a process during the mass production of the product.
  • Participates in the capitalization of the know-how for his scope et uses it
  • May lead a team of methods technicians and/or may take on part of their missions following the complexity of the projects and his workload.
  • Provides the reporting to the Project Manager
     

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

  • Technical Engineer Degree
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in an Industrialization, Production or development function in the industrial environment or in a similar function. In an international context.
  • Experience in automotive plastic tubes and thermal exchangers is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of process planning methods in manufacturing activities (instruments and processes)
  • Knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint …) and software systems (PFMEA, control plan, CAD viewers)
  • Knowledge of Methods, Quality tools (capabilities, R&R, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies used in system applications (e.g., fluid lines)
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French should be a must.
