Having started its journey in Turkey in 2005, it operates in Kocaeli as an important solution partner for its main industry and sub-industry customers in the automotive sector. The position will report directly to the HR Manager and will be located in our production facility in Gebze, Kocaeli.

Role and responsibilities
  • Analyzing the organizational structure to plan the workforce, determine employee needs and manage recruitment processes effectively.
  • Ensures that the organization comprehensively understands its employees' skills and capabilities by identifying essential skills, assessing employee skills, creating the skills matrix, identifying training and development needs, and monitoring and updating the matrix.
  • Carrying out the compensation and social benefits processes in accordance with company policies. To ensure that the payroll processes are carried out in accordance with the legislation.
  • Supporting employees in the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system.
  • Monitoring employee satisfaction, identifying problems, and developing solution recommendations. Creating projects to increase employee engagement, regularly collecting employee feedback, and offering solution recommendations.
  • Taking proactive actions to prevent employment law issues and fulfilling the company's legal obligations.
  • Ensuring the management and effectiveness of operational processes in the Human Resources department, optimizing every stage of these processes by collaborating with other departments.
  • Providing regular reports to the management team, conducting data-driven analyses on matters such as workforce planning, performance management, and employee satisfaction, and providing support in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring digital transformation and system integration in HR processes and increasing the efficiency of the HR department by staying abreast of technological advancements.
  • Complying with quality and security standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001, and working in accordance with relevant procedures and company instructions.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of HR experience in a multinational environment, preferably in HR operations
  • Experience working in Manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or plastics industry
  • Good command of English.
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) programs
