About the job
As a member of the external communication team, the Communication Project Manager is placed between the management and the operational teams to implement and supervise all the progress of external global communication activities to enhance the image of the ARaymond brand for business, corporate, and employer branding. She/he develops, monitors and analyzes the actions implemented based on the communication plan.
The communication project manager manages events, global campaigns, and media relations. She/he works continuously to expand and strengthen brand visibility through a multi-channel approach. She/he creates relevant content, ensures consistency of all collaterals and chooses external communication channels.
In collaboration with the digital project manager she/he oversees the content for Web sites.
This position reports to the External Communication Manager, based in Grenoble.
Roles and responsibilities
- Define external communication projects; events, global campaigns, “thought leadership” articles, product launches, marketing documentation, and presentations. Meet with internal customers to understand needs and analyze feasibility. Drafting of specifications: type of campaign, target, and objective, channels, budget, schedule. Analyze the feasibility, risks, success factors, and return on investment.
- Manage project deployment by building teams within the local and international teams, and external service providers. Distribute tasks, oversee daily work, schedule, and budget. Identify and manage difficulties, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes meet quality expectations.
- Manage the creation of English content for the web, social networks, articles, presentations, and sales promotional material. Coordinate with journalists and external news agencies for international press releases and articles. Analyze media impact and develop content to position ARaymond as a thought leader, attracting customers, partners, and potential candidates.
- Collaborate with graphic designers on internal projects to develop best practices, brand guidelines, and communication rules to enhance ARaymond's brand image.
- Work with communication peers in the ARaymond network to create synergies and support local projects.
Education and experience
- Studies: Bachelor's degree in related field,
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment, or international agency.
