The role of the commercial assistant is to ensure customer relations and commercial follow-up, and to manage and organize daily sales administration.

Role and responsibilities
  • Ensure customer relations and commercial follow-up:
    • As the guarantor of daily customer relations, provide prospects and clients with appropriate responses in a timely manner
    • Handle the company's incoming phone calls
  • Manage and organize daily sales administration:
    • Maintain constant communication with sales administration, sales representatives, the supply chain, and the customs specialist
    • Prepare quotes
    • Manage the sales flow of the traditional channel and the E-Shop
    • Manage the customer database
    • Handle customs and tax-related tasks associated with sales
    • Manage customer payments
    • Handle customer requests
Education and experience
  • High school Diploma or bachelor’s in international business or sales. 
  • 1 or 2 years of experiences in a similar position (included internship or/and apprenticeship)
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Proficiency in SAP desired – Salesforce (CRM)
  • Attention to detail
  • Responsiveness
  • Customer service orientation
  • Adaptability
  • Excellent level of English required (both spoken and written)
