General assignment:
- In line with ARaymond 2030 Strategy, structure the collaborative approach to complex, multi-site/multi-expertise projects within the network and in partnership with external stakeholders.
- Ensure the operational implementation of the Company’s strategy through consistent and harmonized processes, from identification of development needs to product serialization ("Product Creation Process").
- Contribute to transformation projects in collaboration with other Raygroup departments and local teams.
- Support the Project Management Community of interest in the implementation of its strategy, foster best practices sharing and continuous improvement.
- Manage improvement projects in collaboration with local teams and communities.
- Identify and foster synergies within the AR network to best meet our customers' expectations and optimize related internal processes.
- Facilitate the smooth management of key customers projects through the coordination of AR network project teams, the deployment of harmonized processes and associated digital solutions.
Key activities:
Steering the Program / Project Managers community:
- In line with ARaymond's Business Expansion strategy, define/develop management processes for standard, complex, multi-expertise, multi-site programs/projects.
- Facilitate the synchronization of initiatives and foster the sharing of best practices between regions/entities.
- Facilitate collaboration on global projects for strategic customers.
- Strengthen collaboration with upstream/downstream teams, from advanced engineering to operations/industrialization.
- Strengthen the cohesion of the Program/project Managers community through recurring events
Direct Support to ARaymond local entities:
- Support to network entities adapted to their respective needs and maturity
Steering/Contributing to global transformation projects
- In conjunction with Raygroup's other departments, define, improve or harmonize processes associated with transformation projects.
- Support the development of these processes throughout the organization.
- Manage and arbitrate a portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP) and guarantee their successful execution.
Moderating the Community of Interest:
- Regular monitoring and moderation of global improvement projects and organization of monthly reviews
- Synchronization and alignment with other cross-functional communities of interest.
- Define and/or harmonize operating rules and associated processes and tools
- Support local community champions in their day-to-day role.
- Reinforce the cohesion of the community of interest through recurring events.
Deployment and monitoring of IT systems associated with project management:
- Ensure the deployment of information systems for new entities: i-Planet, by participating in steering committees.
- Guarantee the use of this IT tool in all ARaymond network entities.
- Report IT development needs prioritized by the expert/business communities and define the associated budgets in collaboration with the IT entity of the Network.

- Ability to make decisions.
- Good knowledge of the markets addressed by the organization.
- Good knowledge of ARaymond network resources and internal processes
- Strong experience in program/project management.
- Good knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Good knowledge/mastery of change management levers
- Fluent in english
Profile :
- Masters of Science in Program Management
- 10 years' experience in a similar Program Management position in an international context.
- Experience in the automotive sector would be an asset.
