1. To identify monthly requirement of domestic child parts/raw material and share requirement schedule to suppliers.
2. To prepare weekly production plan based on customer demand.
3. Release production orders for inhouse parts production and do TECO after completion of production.
4. To ensure production running as per plan and prepare plan Vs actual report every week (OTIF).
5. To ensure parts will be available in stock one week advance against booked demand.
6. To prepare data for Pre- S&OP, S&OP and SCM review.
7. To share parts constraint list to achieve monthly sales plan.
8. To ensure on time delivery of domestic child parts/raw material as per requirements.
9. Daily update of supplier vehicle inward plan with window time and maintain domestic scheduling agreement in SAP.
10. To prepare the proposal for new machinery considering the budget and volume.
11. To Prepare weekly shortage report on raw material, bought out parts.
12. Attend daily SCM morning shortage meeting and daily work management meeting.
13. To minimize aging inventory > 1 year and maintain inventory levels to meet production and
