Raynet is looking for a business consultant. After a training period on our main industrial processes and on our main It tools, you will lead and participate in projects and daily activities to support, maintain, and evolve both internally developed and external applications. Your main target is to improve ARaymond processes in close collaboration with the different stakeholders to respond to internal and customer needs worldwide in the respect of the defined global solutions.
- Listen and analyse needs on business processes and propose solutions based on existing software solutions, explain their advantages and disadvantages, advise, and influence the choices.
- Write technical and functional documentation and reports for different stakeholders
- Parametrize and tests requirements from software solution in teamwork with users and IT software expert
- Ensure quality of new software functionalities and their integration in the existing software packages.
- Train end users, participate in and lead local and international workshops.
- Participate on for local and international projects and then manage them as project manager.
- Conduct second level support necessary for the impacted business processes on our main software.
Some overnight travel to Europe or overseas.
- Capacity to learn It solutions and became the expert on standards and configurable features.
- Excellent communication, presentation, synthesis, and report skills,
- Mid-level on project management skills (agile and waterfall)
- Ability to work with It teams and international business teams with collaborative spirit
- Experienced in business process analysis to set it in software
- Knowledge of specific processes and software would be a plus: material management, Labs and quality processes, HSE* management in a plant (*Hygiene/Security/Environment) and software Teexma from Bassetti editor, as well as an experience in HTML.
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
