Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Reports To: Maintenance Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliability of our production equipment and facility systems. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, support troubleshooting and repairs, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise Maintenance Technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure timely, high‑quality work completion.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to reduce downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and repair work is completed and documented accurately.
- Review and approve work orders, maintenance records, and SAP data entries.
- Coordinate major repairs, equipment rebuilds, and contractor activities.
- Provide technical support for equipment fabrication and repair.
- Promote and enforce safety procedures throughout the department.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Assist with training, coaching, and development of maintenance team members.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Work overtime as necessary to support business needs.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 7 years of maintenance repair experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with injection molding equipment, PLCs, or robotics is a plus (not required).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and ladder logic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (SAP experience a plus).
- Professional, ethical conduct and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Fluent in English; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, and walking.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 55 lbs.
