Görev ve Sorumluluklar
Costing
• Determine Inter Company Price every year for Components & FG parts.
• Master cost sheet preparation and update
• Setting costing process and revisit as and when required
• ROI Analysis of New Projects /New Investments & its further follow up with actual revenue/cost incurred to compare estimated ROI & actual recovery
• Assist in preparation & maintenance of Budget & related activities
• Overhead analysis to identify abnormalities
• Responsible for cost control measurement & its feasibility
• Compare the estimated cost with actual production cost at the start of product production and track it on regular basis – analyses of impact of major changes in BOM, RM Cost production process parameters on product profitability
• Calculate the cost variance and perform the variance analysis to know the factors responsible for variance in order to control the cost
• Responsible for amortization analysis of every mold and submit the report to Head Finance
• Responsible to update data in SAP required for product cost determination
• Responsible for Machine hour rate calculation and analysis
• Responsible for fixed assets controlling and monitoring
• Responsible for maintaining all records for cost audit /compliance purpose
• WIP working for production orders & analyse the delayed production orders
• Recon. of FI vs CO profit -Monthly
