職務
- New Process/Machine development for assembly and Injection molding process
- New Process/Machine Design reviews and plannings
- Responsible for Process Trials, Validation & Installation for serial Production readiness
- Representative of New RFQ & assembly feasibility study
- Responsible for all phases of the Production Process development from concept to Production, including the multi-disciplinary actions necessary to meet the customers’ requirements for Production performance
- Representative of Project review meetings with CFT
- Manage supplier workload & on time receipt of equipment
- Lead critical projects for successful execution
- Responsible for cost & cycle time estimation for New Process requirement- NPD RFQ's
- Responsible to monitor team's performance and improvement
- Lead daily review meeting with team members and assist on technical issues
- Documentation of all industrialization Activity- PFC, PFMEA, Concept preparation
- Responsible to handover development project to operations team for New processes
- Handling of Internal & External Audits related to New Process
- Analysis of Production and Process data to improve OEE & PPM
- Lead industrialization Projects & CAPEX projects
- Line concept for assembly shop & Fixture concpets finalization for NPD
- Be constantly updated about latest technologic solutions and trends
