Summary of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of dies and performs changeovers
- Working knowledge in troubleshooting tools and dies
- Interact with other departments such as Production, Engineering and Quality
- Provide input as requested to assist with die design and strip layout processes
- Perform preventative maintenance of dies and keep accurate records of PM activity
Education and Experience:
- Ontario Certificate of Qualification (430A)
- 5 years' experience as a Tool and Die Maker
- Ability to read blueprints and other die support documentation
- Able to adapt, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comply with all company quality, environmental and health and safety requirements
