Cargo y responsabilidades

• Developing the company's quality strategies and ensuring their dissemination throughout the organization.
• To organize, maintain and continuously improve the standards within the scope of the Integrated Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.).
• Integrating quality objectives into annual plans, monitoring and advancing performance indicators and reporting to management.
• Establishing and systematically monitoring control mechanisms to ensure product, process and system quality. Creating and implementing permanent solutions.
• Monitoring supplier quality processes and managing audit and development programs.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement projects in line with customer complaints, satisfaction data and quality performance.
• Lead all internal and external audits, manage the analysis and permanent closure of audit findings.
• Coordinating quality requirements throughout new product and process launch processes.
• To perform risk analyses regarding the quality management system and to create proactive action plans for critical processes.
• Managing and improving the effectiveness and continuous improvement of quality control processes (input, process, final).
• Managing laboratory activities and product verification processes; ensuring the continuity of the calibration system.
• To ensure compliance with EHS policies and quality systems and to check their applicability in the field.
• Organizing and implementing training and communication activities to create quality awareness throughout the institution.
• To represent the company in terms of quality before customers, certification bodies and audit authorities. To manage the quality team, ensure its development and direct it in a way that will contribute to strategic goals.
• Analyzing quality data through systems such as SAP and ERP and integrating it into decision processes.
• Ensuring the creation and continuity of quality documentation (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, control plans, etc.) for products and processes.
• To ensure that all quality processes comply with current requirements regarding product safety and legal compliance.
• Planning and organizing Management Review meetings and presenting the outputs to management.
• To assume a leadership role within the company for the development of a sustainable quality culture.
• Establishing problem-solving and continuity processes, establishing analysis teams, empowering them and ensuring their operation.

Educación y experiencia

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (preferably Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical engineering).
• Having at least 10 years of experience in Quality Management and production processes in the automotive industry.
• Having application knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PPAP, SPC, APQP).
• Experienced in internal audit, laboratory and calibration processes.
• Able to use SAP, ERP and MS Office programs effectively.
• Experienced in incoming and outgoing quality organizations.
• Have the experience and competence to understand and execute zero quality problem (OPPM) targets.
• Experienced in in-house and production-oriented analysis systems.
• Good command of English.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to think analytically and solution-oriented.
