Role and responsibilities

1.1 Tool Development Activity.
1.2 Proto Parts Manufacturing Activity
1.3 Responsible of new Tools review (Progressive & Multi-slide). 
1.4 Understanding the needs of customer & incorporating it in Tool design.
1.5 Managing team workload.
1.6 Responsible for internal query handling/technical meeting related to new product development.
1.7 Mentoring team member on Tool design related issues & resolving them.
1.8 Responsible for monitoring and recording quality, cost and delivery time of each new project.
1.9 Assists the project leader to analyze & decide feasibility of the product basis on the customer request.
1.10 Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the project being handled.
1.11 Responsible for new product technical feasibility study in terms of Tool Design, DFMEA, Design review etc. 
1.12 Responsible for Project documentation as per QMS & should have knowledge in APQP process.
1.13 Responsible for discussion with Proto Tool vendors for manufacturing feasibility.
1.14 Proto Tool design Feature Standardization.
1.15 Knowledge & hands on experience for Tool development & Tool Maintenance.  
1.16 Existing tool design improvement in MTBF & MTTR.
1.17 Working closely with Industrialization team to define the process of Manufacturing.
1.18 Responsible for Internal customer audit.
 

Education and experience

Dip. Mechanical with 1 to 3 Years experience
