Role and responsibilities
Graduate (Any Stream) + MBA (Added Advantage) with 8 to 14 Years
Education and experience
Sales & Marketing -Medical Components
• Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
• Responsible for sales forecasting on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Responsible for achievement of Individual & team’s sales target for the year
• Responsible for new market/customer development
• Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
• Responsible for coordination with engineering/design team of customer for better understanding about the requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team
• Responsible for customer query handling
• Key contributor in Strategy Buiding and execution
P & L Management
• Responsible for new projects
• Responsible for increase in gross margin / product
• Responsible for handling product quotations
• Responsible for payment collection within the credit period given
• Responsible for sales over head management for the team
Customer Relations
• Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
• Responsible for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and working upon the areas identified post survey analysis
Business Intelligence
• Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at various customer's
• Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
• Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
• Responsible for lost RFQs analysis
• Responsible for new product idea generation
• Responsible for product benchmarking
