Missions
Au sein de l’équipe Corporate Responsabilité Sociétale de l’Entreprise (RSE), vous participerez à la définition et à la mise en place d’événements et de programmes de sensibilisation ou de formation à la RSE. Vous contribuerez ainsi à l’implication des salariés au programme d’adaptation de l’entreprise aux enjeux environnementaux, économiques et sociaux.
Vous serez en particulier fortement impliqué(e) dans :
- L’élaboration et le déploiement de formations sur la RSE et sur les sujets prioritaires de notre politique RSE
- Le déploiement des ateliers « Fresque du climat » et « Fresque de la biodiversité » dans nos 25 entités dans le monde.
- La structuration et le développement de nos actions de mécénat/volontariat
- L’animation des sites dédiés à la RSE (intranet et Internet).
- Le support à la communauté des correspondants RSE
Profil
Vous préparez un Master 2 spécialisé en RSE et/ou Développement durable.
Pour réussir vos missions, vous possédez :
- Une très bonne aisance dans la communication écrite et orale autant en anglais qu’en français
- Une appétence pour le travail en mode collaboratif à l’échelle internationale
- Une très bonne maîtrise d'EXCEL
- Un fort esprit d’équipe et le goût de l’amélioration continue
- Une sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et sociétaux
