In 2005, the company started its journey in Turkey and has been operating in Gebze, Kocaeli as an important solution partner for the main industry and sub-industry customers in the automotive sector. We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer with the following qualifications to be a valuable member of our dynamic team.

Role and responsibilities
  • Monitor the annual shipment and quality performance of suppliers and manage CSL processes when necessary.
  • Lead activities to define quality requirements during the alternative supplier selection and evaluation phase.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to organize GEMBA meetings after complaints.
  • Follow up on supplier and product development processes.
  • Conduct meetings with suppliers regarding quality issues and ensure permanent and effective actions using the 8D methodology.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate procurement of sub-parts for new projects.
  • Collect supplier PPAP submissions and manage the approval process.
  • Track supplier annual re-PPAP requirements.
  • Prepare Incoming Quality Control instructions for newly launched products/components and provide training to related teams.
  • Monitor and archive supplier quality system documentation.
  • Conduct annual supplier audits in line with company standards.
  • Perform regular supplier visits and audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Carry out audits and monitoring activities in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 standard.
  • Utilize quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and 8D effectively during quality processes.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
  • VDA 6.3 certified auditor.
  • Experienced in conducting supplier audits.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Certified internal auditor.
  • Proficient in quality tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D.
  • Good level of English.
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Hold a valid Class B driving license.
