Role and responsibilities
1. Incoming inspection of RM, BOP, Packaging, Outsourcing, Network as per Quality plan
2. Creating Quality plan for New parts (RM, BOP, Outsourcing parts,Packaging) .
3. SAP QA key user, working on all transaction related to quality control.
4. Customer support-PDIR Reports, sales return process.
5. Handling & Monitoring of Supplier Rejections as Non confirming part handling procedure
6. Coordinating with store and production for smooth flow
7. Problem solving - Use of 8D Method, CAPA
8. Documentation control as per IATF 16949:2016.
9. Record retentions
10.Intraction SQA engineer and supplier for quality issues
11. Understanding of Raw material TC and Verification as per quality plan
12. Knowladge of Sampling plan and DOL
13. PDIR Preparation
14. Calibration of Equipements
15. Documentation of Lesson Learned based on the defined actions for NC
16. Data Maintenance related to departmental activities like segregation, internal complaints etc
Education and experience
CIPET/ University degree/Diploma (Mechanical/Polymer Engineering) or specialization in Metallurgy with 2-3 years of experience
