Role and responsibilities
- Development Quality & Plant Quality - Battery Cooling Systems
- Responsible for new products APQP process & documentation
- Responsible for customer handling & coordinate the Quality related activities
- Train operators about the product quality & critical parameters in the process/product
- Responsible for monitoring and recoding quality, cost and delivery time of each project
- Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the department
- Adhere to APQP process & ensure the Zero defects at customer end
- Responsible for departmental audit
- Participate in vehicle trails or System level trails at customer end
- Address the fit and functional issues related to quality
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to get the sub components/machines/tools/jigs etc with approriate quality levels
- Responsible for achievement of Individual & team’s targets for the year
- Interface with customer for all quality concerns
- Requests & coordinates lab testing activities (metrology, PV testing, any other experimental test)
- Must have working knowledge of QMS – IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001 : 2015
- Contributes to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
