Working in a clean, green and high-tech production environment, you’ll help build cutting-edge fastening and assembly systems for the everyday innovations we all rely on.

Coordination of projects throughout their life cycle, from the client's request to the manufacturing and serial delivery of the product. Monitoring of all phases of the project, supporting the different departments to achieve delivery, cost, and quality objectives. Direct contact with the client to inform about the progress of the project, delivery of samples and approval, once the product is in the industrialization phase. Manage incidents with the multidisciplinary team during the project. Support in the preparation of homologation and metrology reports.

Role and responsibilities
  • Responsible to the client for all phases of the project.
  • Project coordination with client (20% trips).
  • Monitoring of each project phase with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Direct management of project incidents with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Attend feasibility/launch meetings with the project team.
  • Report project status.
  • Advanced planning to achieve project objectives.
  • Continuous improvement and project procedures
  • Industrial test planning (run and rate).
  • Support in approvals, preparation of documentation and metrology.
Education and experience
  • Technical engineering
  • Stellantis projects experience
  • 2-3 years of automotive experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of project and quality management in the automotive sector and valuable ISO and IATF regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of MS Project and SAP.
  • Familiar with automotive concepts in Core tools (AMFE, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
