Role and responsibilities
- Project Cost Management –
- Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD.
- Responsible for achievement of Individual sales target for the year
- Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
- Responsible for customer query handling
- Project Timeline Management –
- Identifies the project needs with an appropriate sense of what is most important and develops timelines and milestones
- Tackles complex projects / activities by breaking them into manageable components / task.
- Maintains documentation work for all the projects in the standard format for future reference
- Interacts with internal stakeholders and customers and seeks their feedback on project progress
- Team Management:
- Ensure Project Delivery with Transparent Communication with internal & external customers in terms of QCD of Project Identifies appropriate cross functional teams in concern with the functional heads
- Allocates tasks keeping in mind the project objectives and timelines
- Allots timelines for each task and communicates the same to the cross functional teams
- Conducts periodic reviews of the performance of the team and gives feedback as and when necessary
- Reporting & MIS-
- Prepares standardized error free and legible reports/MIS of one’s work schedule and sends it to the reporting manager within the defined timelines
- Identifies risk and escalates timelines, cost, quality
- Demonstrates the ability to critically evaluate the accuracy of the reports generated periodically and takes corrective measures to improve the quality and usefulness of information presented through the MIS
- Segregates & prioritizes information which need immediate escalation & action & those which can be escalated through monthly reports
- ISO 27K-
- Maintaining awareness and adherence about applicable information security policies and procedures
- Maintaining compliance with contractual requirements
- Ensuring information they use or information under their custody is adequately protected as per ARaymond information security expectations.
- Reporting any noted suspicious behaviour, vulnerability, and incidents to authority
Education and experience
- BE/B.TECH with 4 to 7 Years Experience
