In 2005, the company started its journey in Turkey and has been operating in Gebze, Kocaeli as an important solution partner for the main industry and sub-industry customers in the automotive sector. We are looking for a Plastic Injection Molding Engineer with the following qualifications to be a valuable member of our dynamic team.

Role and responsibilities
  • Ensuring the definition, management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of plastic injection molding and auxiliary processes with the team, focusing on quality, occupational safety, and efficiency,
  • Providing technical support during the mold and process commissioning phases of new product projects; conducting control and approval processes,
  • Establishing and monitoring process parameters for injection machines and robotic systems,
  • Evaluating the technical suitability of molds and ensuring coordination with relevant departments,
  • Actively participating in QRQC, 8D, and other problem-solving activities to analyze quality issues originating from processes or molds and implement permanent solutions,
  • Collaborating with production and quality departments to carry out initiatives that enhance process efficiency,
  • Leading improvement projects in terms of time, cost, and quality by utilizing lean manufacturing tools,
  • Taking a leadership role in the development of the injection technical team,
  • Creating and improving standard work/process definitions and reaction plans,
  • Promoting active team participation in continuous improvement activities in cooperation with other production units within the group; supporting the dissemination of benchmarking practices,
  • Following technological advancements and integrating suitable solutions into production processes.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding processes,
  • Preferably experienced in the automotive industry,
  • Advanced proficiency in English,
Skills
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams,
  • Competent in injection molds, process parameters, mold maintenance, and technical drawing interpretation,
  • Experienced in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement,
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
