Role and responsibilities
1.1 Responsible for New mold validation as per the defined standards
1.2 Participation in Design & feasibility reviews to contribute to result Mold first time right with right features
1.3 Monitoring the MTTR & MSBF of mold downtime, prepare MIS reports and action plans for improvement
1.4 Preparing Capex and Opex for financial year which will help the better performance for department.
1.5 Preparing and presenting monthly department performance (KPI) with the management.
1.6 Responsible to execute the ECN's /PCN raised by stakeholders with proper documentation.
1.7 Critical molds downtime to be monitored from time-to-time trend wise to decrease production loss.
1.8 Monitoring the major breakdown and verifying the root cause analysis and effective action plan to solve the problem permanently.
1.9 Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability.
1.10 Implementation of improvements / Kaizens to enhance the productivity & quality.
1.11 Planning and execution of trainings required to team for enhancing the skill level.
1.12 Preparation and maintaining the QMS & other documents.
1.13 Attending the customer audits and maintaining their specific requirement.
1.14 Responsible for on time preventive maintenance as per the defined schedule.
1.15 Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment if needed.
1.16 Coordinate with internal stake holders to deliver the right parts at right time ( OTIF ).
1.17 Adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and 5S in the work area.
1.18 Responsible for the upkeep of molds to reduce major breakdown and production failures
1.19 Must involve in trouble shooting personally and also lead the team as well.
1.20 Must create a best working culture in department.
Education and experience
B.E / Diploma in Tool & Die making with 12-15 Years
