Role and responsibilities
Efficiency of Production function
1. Capability improvement :
Improvement & achievement of OEE Target (productivity & Quality rate), formulating action plan & implementation to increase OEE through increase in productivity rate, Quality rate, availability rate.
2. Improvement & achievement of PPM target, formulating action plans & implementation to reduce PPM.
3.Improvement & achievement of scrap rate wrt lumps, sweeping waste, rejection. Formulating action plan & implementation to reduce scrap.
4. Improvement & achievement of Mould change time. Formulating action plan & implementation to reduce Mould change time.
5.On time In full delivery, Plan Vs Actual.

2.TS 16949 – 5 Core Tools 5S – Implementation in shop Implementation of A3 & 8D

Education and experience
Education : CIPET,Diploma,BE
Specilalisation : Plastic Technology
Experience : 6 to 8 Years
