Role and responsibilities
. Develops manfacturing process by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifiying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment conferring with equipment vendors
.Problem solving and continuous improvement
. Maintains product and process data base
. Injection moulding process Trials, Validation & Implemnetation for serial Production readiness
. Provide feedback from T0 trial stage
. Existing and New Process/Machine reviews and trial plannings with PPC
. Machine selection & routing in SAP/ MES-Raypro for new projects
. Updating of existing PFC, PFMEA, PCN
. Development of new and modification of existing Tool, robot, machine programs as per need
. Representative of localization CFT
. Documentation of all process validation Activity (Trial report, Lon run- Run @ Rate, 4M)
. Provide Trainings to Operations team for newly developed processes
. Monitoring of trials, long run production & GP12 data
. Handling of Internal & External Audits related to new process
. Analysis of production and Process data for rejection and OEE
. Improvement of existing process after serial production handover
. New Concepts & Technology introduction to optimize production processes
Education and experience
. Diploma/BE/Plastic processing testing
. 2-2.5 years experience
Skills
. Knowledge of wittman Robot, Engel and Arburg moulding machines & Automation
. Knowledge of Ergonomic working conditions
. Knowledge of injection moulding Machine and Tool
. Environment, Health and Safety Risk Management
. New Product/Process Development
