The Raynet Compliance Team is part of the Security, Risks, Compliance Community and is in charge of managing all IT Compliance topics within the ARaymond organization. This includes the Global ISMS framework, the ISO 27001 certification projects, Data privacy topics and supporting all audits requiring IT involvement throughout the ARaymond network.
The IT Compliance representative’s mission is to coordinate all activities of the Team in his region.
- Be the main point of contact for IT in the region and assist on all internal and external audits where IT inquiry is required
- Support Raynet communities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures at the regional level
- Contribute to enriching the Global ISMS Framework
- Manage the Audit portfolio in his region
- Ensure execution of required testing and auditing activities for the IT Department by internal and external parties leading to successful certification of the entities on an ongoing basis
- Work collaboratively with the IT Operations Security team and Legal teams to identify and manage data privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to help meet stakeholder expectations at the regional level
- Make broad recommendations on improving compliance related processes and/or procedures related to the IT Communities
- Partner with Raynet and Business communities to implement solutions
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the IT security field, ISO27001 knowledge preferred
- Experience with Cloud solutions, AWS preferred
- International experience
Excellent knowledge of the ISO 27001norm
- Knowledge of the Automotive environment is a plus
- Experience with managing a Global Information Security Management System in an international environment
- Project management skills
- Well organized
