About the job

Shape the future of ARaymond as part of our global Risks, Security & Compliance Community. This community oversees managing all IT Compliance topics within the ARaymond organization. This includes GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), NIS 2 ((Network and Information Security) and supporting all audits requiring IT involvement throughout the ARaymond network. You’ll join a team at the beating heart of our company’s daily operations. Roles and responsibilities

Your mission is to coordinate Raynet's compliance with various regulations as well as coordinate applications across the ARaymond Network in your region. Your roles include as well:

  • Continue GDPR & NIS2 compliance programs
  • Assist and raise awareness among the employees of our entities
  • Carry out the missions attached to the Global Data Privacy Steering Committee
  • Audit information systems to determine the level of compliance
  • Monitor teams in the implementation of new procedures and tools, and train them in their use
  • Ensure legal monitoring of issues related to data protection
  • Participate in the development of the GDPR & NIS2 on international entities
  • Be the main point of contact for Data Privacy and support on all internal and external audits where IT inquiry is required
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Operations Security team and Legal teams to identify and manage data privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to help meet stakeholder expectations 
  • Make broad recommendations on improving compliance related processes and/or procedures related to the IT Communities
  • Partner with Raynet and Business communities to implement solutions

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR/NIS2 regulation
  • Knowledge of the Automotive environment is a plus
  • Mastery of the provisions of GDPR & NIS2
  • Knowledge of project management and IT security
  • Analytical and independent work in a modern IT environment
  • Service and customer orientation, effective communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Proven Team player who is motivated by working in an international team
  • Profound knowledge of English, German and French is an advantage
  • Frequent travels required
