ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The position of Innovation & Engineering Project Leader supports the structuring, management and communication of the network's Innovation & Engineering roadmap and in close collaboration with local managers & leaders (Innovation, R&D, among others).
Innovation & Engineering Roadmaps
- Monitoring the progress of Innovation & Engineering projects
- Consolidation of inputs and reporting to the CTIO
Innovation/Engineering Committees & Governance
- Support for the preparation of arbitrations (summary, scenarios, decisions to be made)
- Assistance in the management of critical project reviews (milestones, quality, technological maturity)
- Preparation of committees (Engineering, Innovation, Strategic Reviews)
- Writing of materials (slides, notes, arbitration reports)
- Follow-up of decisions and associated action plans
- Consolidation of key indicators (impact, resources, project progress)
- Preparation of materials for the Presidency, Business Units, Executive Committee
Indicators & Communication
- Creation of consolidated dashboards to be shared with entities, GSBU and Management
- Contribution to internal communication on key initiatives
Facilitation & Animation
- Animation of certain cross-functional initiatives
- Interface with the regions / Business Units / support functions (IT, HR, Finance...)
- Framing and animation of working groups
- Support in the prioritization of requests to the CTIO
- Support in the animation of the internal network with Engineering / Innovation relays
PROFILE
- Higher education degree in engineering, innovation, or project management
- 7 years’ experience in project coordination, governance, or strategic planning
- Strong writing and synthesis skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work transversally
- Proficiency in dashboarding and executive reporting tools
- Animation of transversal projects.
- Technical background (R&D or Innovation) and ability to dialogue with technical and Experts.
- Good interpersonal skills, cultural openness to the international.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Ability to synthesize,
- Appetite for new technologies (including Data & AI).
- Oral and written communication
- Languages Chinese Indian or German would be a plus
