Role and responsibilities
Machine & Utility Maintenance
1.Responsible for scheduling & adhering Machine Preventive maintenance - Daily , Weekly & Monthly Basis
2.Responsible for scheduling & adhering Machine Predictive maintenance - Daily , Weekly & Monthly Basis
3. Resposible for addressing Breakdown maintenance & implementing corrective action with proper analysis of root cuse.
4. Resposible for maintaining the Maintenance objectves e.g. MTTR , MTBF & Machine uptime.
5. Responsible for TPM implementation, Red Tag addressing & PM pillar Implementation
6. Responsible for implementation of process adherence with ATOMS Philosphy
7. Responsible for system adherence , Documents & Procedures related to QMS
8. Responsible for spare parts management
9. Responsible for maintenance of Transformer, DG set, Compressor , Air conditioner , Etc
10. Responsible for maintenance of Molding machine, Bending machines & Assembly SPMS, Robots Cranes, material handling Equipment's, Utility etc..
11.Should be able to understand the Electrical, electronics, hydraulic layout of machines & troubleshooting of the same
12.Handle internal as well as customer audits related to maintenance
Education and experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical /Mechatronics
- Experience - 3 to 5 years
