Role and responsibilities
Product Development & Engineering
• Responsible for new products/parts designing using Creo 8.0
• Responsible for customer query handling related to any new design/development
• Responsible for monitoring and recoding quality, cost and delivery time of each project
• Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the project being handled.
• Supporting for new product technical feasibility study, DFMEA, Design review, DVP etc.
• Responsible for Project documentation as per QMS & should have knowledge in APQP process
• Responsible for generating new product ideas/innovative products
• Product Feature Standardization
• Competition product benchmarking analysis/Line Walk/Tier down
• RFQ hit rate improvement
• CAD data Management
• SAP work. [BOM/Material master creation/PR]
• Responsible for regional customer audit (support)
ISO 27K-
• Maintaining awareness and adherence about applicable information security policies and procedures
• Maintaining compliance with contractual requirements
• Ensuring information, they use or information under their custody is adequately protected as per ARaymond information security expectations
• Reporting any noted suspicious behavior, vulnerability and incidents to authority
Education and experience
B.E/ B.TECH / Diploma with more experience, 4 to 8 Years of experience
Skills
• New Product Development
• Knowledge of CREO
• Understand Engineering Drawings
• Knowledge of Plastic Raw Material
• Knowledge of Steel Raw Material
• Understanding of Engineering Specifications & Feasibility
• Cost Analysis
• Knowledge of Windchill
