ARaymond Türkiye operates as an important solution partner for its main industry and sub-industry customers in the automotive sector. The position will report directly to the Quality Manager and will be located in our production facility in Gebze (Kocaeli).

Role and responsibilities

  •     Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve the company’s Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security).
        •    Ensure compliance of management systems with applicable laws, regulations, international standards, and customer requirements.
        •    Plan, conduct, and follow up internal audits and system audits in cooperation with relevant departments.
        •    Plan and coordinate external audits (certification, customer, and surveillance audits) and ensure effective coordination with relevant teams.
        •    Identify corrective actions arising from audit findings in collaboration with responsible teams and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.
        •    Coordinate and support external audits and certification processes.
        •    Monitor, manage, and report activities related to Quality, Environmental, and OHS Management Systems.
        •    Perform risk and opportunity analyses and develop, implement, and track action plans.
        •    Prepare management system reports and present them to management.
        •    Organize and deliver trainings to increase awareness of Integrated Management Systems across the organization.
        •    Actively participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
        •    Attend global CSR meetings and ensure sustainability and alignment with global CSR targets.
        •    Lead, monitor, and report internal implementations in line with global CSR objectives.

Education and experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
    •    Minimum 2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems.
    •    Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ISO 27001 standards.
    •    Knowledge and hands-on experience in VDA 6.3 Process Audits and VDA 6.5 Product Audits.
    •    Experience in internal, external, certification, and customer audit processes.
    •    Good command of English, both written and spoken.
