A warm welcome to the ARaymond family!
Also this year, we are delighted to welcome new talents to our team:
A total of 25 apprentices and dual students began their journey on September 1, 2025, in a variety of professions: one electronics technician, one mechatronics technician, one industrial mechanic, two tool mechanics, six stamping and forming mechanics, two plastics and rubber technologists, two warehouse specialists, and two industrial clerks.
Their dual studies in cooperation with ARaymond were started by one industrial engineering student and two mechanical engineering students. Also joining us were one dual student from Rayce in the field of mechatronics and one IT specialist from Raynet.
Our site in Bremgarten is also pleased to welcome three new apprentices who are beginning their professional journey there.
We are proud to accompany our new colleagues on their training path and wish them much success, curiosity, and above all, joy in learning and shaping the future together.
A successful start to an exciting and educational journey
During the introductory week, our new arrivals had the opportunity to gain a first insight into the company.
In addition to exciting glimpses into our production areas, the program also included a variety of team-building activities – from archery to tricky group challenges, there was something for everyone.
These activities not only helped the new apprentices strengthen their team spirit, but also allowed them to make their first connections.
A particularly nice touch: our apprentices and students from higher years were also on site to meet the newcomers and supported their new fellow trainees and students with valuable tips and personal exchanges.
