Be the Agriculture Produc Development Engineer for Agriculture Business Unit. Reporting to Agriculture BU Manger, the candidate will take part on all phases of the product development: design of the part, material selection, cost calculation, perform tests, prepare documentation and definition of pre-method.
Rolle und Aufgabenbereich
• Develop new products in close collaboration with the Sales Team (customer/end user technical requirements).
• Be a technical problem solver, seen as a source of confidence.
• Proactive attitude in front of the customer (generate “push” developments - developments without RFQ) to solve their pain points.
• Responsible of the full product development process up to final customer validation.
• Strong collaboration with sales and quality, and the OPM (Operational Project Manager)-multifunctional team for industrialisations.
• Collaboration with A. Raymond network for multinational clients.
Ausbildung und Erfahrung
- Technical Engineering degree.
- Design experience a plus
Wirkungsbereich
- Strong Solid Works and Catia skills (V5) knowledge.
- Knowledge in plastic injection and meld design.
- Preferably previous experience in fastening solutions.
- Experience in agriculture or automotive industry desirable.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, agile, dynamic,
- motivated, and well organized professional.
- Network player, interact and collaborated with the network colleagues for the international projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
