Training Start Across 11 Different Apprenticeship Programs at ARaymond
With great motivation and curiosity, 25 apprentices and dual-study students began their professional journey at ARaymond this year at our sites in Lörrach and Weil am Rhein.

Getting Connected and Settling In Together
To help our new starters settle in smoothly, the focus during their first days was on getting to know each other and the company. During the onboarding week, our new apprentices and dual-study students gained valuable insights into ARaymond, our teams, and the wide range of career opportunities within the company.
In addition to visiting different departments and business areas, a variety of group activities provided plenty of opportunities to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships. Right from the start, a strong sense of community began to develop among the new cohort.
A particular highlight was the opportunity to meet apprentices and dual-study students from the higher-year groups. They shared their experiences, answered questions, and provided practical advice, helping our new starters feel welcomed and well-prepared for their journey at ARaymond.
