ABOUT THE JOB
The Business 2 Business (B2B) Community provides global Business Partner Data Integrations, being accountable for global solutions based on EDI and Web – Portals. The community is supporting over 2000 employees working on 60 customers portals and 4 control towers and is maintaining 18.000 active trading pairs with customers and customs. It is a customer–focused, international team delivering innovative solutions supporting our standardized process within the ARaymond Network.
- Active team member of global B2B support in an international environment
- Monitoring of the continuous and error-free exchange of EDI data (incidents / error messages / monitoring), as well as a self-driven resolution in the event of an error
- Technical implementation of EDI projects and changes by our EDI partners and their web portals
- Creation and maintenance of master & management data in our B2B environment
You are a computer scientist with a focus on data integration and communication technologies or have a comparable professional experience. We are open to career changers with a high IT affinity and knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Ideally you bring:
- Technical basics in dealing with integration platforms such as Axway, Seeburger or similar as well as VANs such as GXS or Covisint
- Hands-on experience with shell scripts based on Linux / UNIX
- Knowledge of the common EDI format standards (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI X12, IDOC)
Beneficial would be
- Basics of common EDI communication methods (e.g. OFTP2)
- Good logistics SAP process understanding in the automotive sector
- Analytical and independent work in a modern IT environment
- High motivation and willingness to learn for complex and new topics in the field of data integration and logistics
- Service and customer orientation, effective communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Proven Team player who is motivated by working in an international team
- Profound knowledge of English, German and French is an advantage
