We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support application, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable application deployments across manufacturing and enterprise environments. Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to streamline delivery processes and improve overall system resilience. The role also focuses on troubleshooting, monitoring best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the Application deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• debug application issues by reviewing code, analyzing logs, and using diagnostic features available in AWS and Azure.
• diagnosing issues, reviewing logs, and performing root-cause analysis for .NET and Java applications.
• Performing application deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Utilize Docker to containerize applications and streamline deployment across multiple environments.
• Manage and optimize SQL and PostgreSQL databases, including queries, performance tuning, and maintenance operations.
• Maintain and monitor the application health using monitoring apps
• Collaborate with cross‑platform teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and support deployment.
• Manage incidents end‑to‑end using ITIL framework and best practices.
Educação e experiência
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
Specialization:
•I TSM processes using ITIL frameworks
Professional Certifications:
• ITIL
Experience In No.of Years :
• minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in managing application support, incident management, or IT operations
• Experience working in global teams or supporting multi-site operations

• Experience in API integrations, basic scripting, and working with microservices‑based architectures.
• Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and operational processes.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and handling support requests efficiently.
• Proven experience in system migrations and adapting to new technical environments.
