A Start to an Exciting Professional Future
At ARaymond, we place great importance on making sure new colleagues feel comfortable from the very beginning. That’s why we regularly host our Welcome Day to make joining our company as easy and informative as possible.
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming numerous new team members for two engaging days full of insights, connections, and exciting topics:
Day 1 at the Production Site in Weil am Rhein
The first day began with a shared breakfast and a warm welcome from our management team. This was followed by interesting insights into communication and values at ARaymond, as well as an introduction to our works council. A highlight was the tour of our production areas and a product training session.
Day 2 at the Center of Collaboration in Lörrach
On the second day, the focus was on topics such as occupational safety, quality, and IT. There was also an opportunity to get to know our site better and exchange ideas with colleagues. To conclude, we provided exciting input on sustainability and social responsibility—values that are especially important to us.
