A Place of Innovation and Collaboration

About a year ago, we reported on the opening of our new Center of Collaboration at the Lörrach site. Since then, much has happened, and we would like to share some exciting insights and experiences with you.

The ARaymond Center of Collaboration is focused on progress. This means that we are looking for new ways to involve our employees in this process. An agile work environment based on the principles of New Work, as we have created, meets this challenge precisely.

Our Center of Collaboration has established itself as a place of innovation and collaboration. The open architecture promotes the exchange of ideas and collaboration between teams. The spacious work areas and modern conference rooms provide the perfect environment for creative processes and efficient meetings. The agile workplace design includes open areas, desk-sharing, meeting rooms for hybrid teamwork, as well as spaces with retreat options for focused work. Creativity is fostered in creative rooms, hybrid communication zones, and flexible team rooms for cooperation and collaboration. This aligns with the ARaymond motto ""Innovation through Collaboration.""

Looking to the Future

In summer 2025, the ARaymond Training Center will also move to the campus in Lörrach to optimally integrate and promote young talents from the very beginning. The Center of Collaboration is a central place for innovation and cooperation, where we shape the future together and set new standards.
