ARaymond Türkiye operates as an important solution partner for its main industry and sub-industry customers in the automotive sector. The position will report directly to the Lean Manufacturing Team Leader and will be located in our production facility in Gebze (Kocaeli).

Role and responsibilities

  • To ensure and disseminate the implementation of lean production principles throughout the company
  • To analyze and implement projects that will reduce waste and increase quality and efficiency in production areas
  • Leading the implementation of lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Visual Management and Pull System
  • To provide effective leadership in the implementation of applications such as standard work, production balancing, and cellular production by conducting process analysis
  • Working in coordination with all departments within the scope of lean transformation projects,
  • To monitor, measure and report the results of improvement efforts
  • Preparing training materials and providing lean production training to employees
  • To contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement

Education and experience

  • Graduated from Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering departments of universities,
  • Preferably worked in the automotive or mass production sectors
  • At least 3 years of experience with lean manufacturing practices in a production environment
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Able to use lean production tools theoretically and practically

Skills

  • Competent in project management and teamwork
  • Experienced in process analysis, improvement and change management
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
