Visit customers, do A.Raymond company promotion, introduce the products and their applications, train the customer with the technical specifications.

Collect the information of competitor and customer (include activity, project, parts, price, company organization and so on), understand customer feedback and suggestions on products and company.

To get the RFQ from customer and deal the offer.

Work with Project, Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics department to start the quotation process to calculate the cost, send the quotation to the customer after approval, and track the quotation result.
