You are responsible for the HR Strategy and implementation to support organization and achievement of strategic goals.
You are in charge of HR Development, Projects & Operations and lead all HR practices.
Based on a timeshare: You provide day-to-day support to the two organizations (less than 30 people each) located around Grenoble and its region.

Role and responsibilities

  • You define the HR strategy of the different organizations to achieve the vision and strategic goals. You are responsible for the implementation of this strategy by proposing innovative and advanced HR solutions, in line with the global HR policies and strategy.
  • You contribute to the local Managing Committees by facilitating and bringing HR information and view on the topics.
  • You provide support to the organization in term of talent development, organization, disciplinary processes, and legal questions.
  • You manage the performance management process, compensation & benefits policy, mobility.
  • You work closely with the HR teams of the network to bring the best advices and solutions to the employees.
  • You manage the relationship, meetings and negotiations with unions.
  • You define the resources plan and are responsible for the recruitment.
  • You are in charge of the HR budget of the organization: definition, follow-up, respect
  • You are responsible that policies, procedures and practices are consistently administrated aligned with company goals and in compliance with the local labor law.
  • you lead HR projects in the field of talent development, skills development, compensation & benefits, diversity, safety & security
  • You lead HR Operations: training, administration (payroll & time) working time, reporting, health & safety, on boarding, performance, HRIS…).
  • You are in charge of the internal HR Communication.
  • You are a strong contributor to the Network HR Community.
  • You are the local contact for the compliance topics lead by the network and related to the HR matters (GDPR, Code of Conduct…)

Education and experience

  • Master degree in HR with 5 years’ experience in HR operations and HR development.
